Cookies & Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages and products are most relevant — so we can keep improving the Saboreo experience. Google Analytics is loaded only after you have actively given your consent through our cookie banner. If you decline, or do not make a choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies (such as _ga or _ga_*) are set. Once consent is granted, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on this domain to recognize returning visits.

Data processed through Google Analytics may be processed by Google entities and transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including the United States. We do not use Google Analytics for personalized advertising, remarketing, or Google Signals, and we do not combine analytics data with advertising identifiers.

You can decline analytics or withdraw a previously given consent at any time, with future effect, via "Cookie-Einstellungen" in the footer of this website. Withdrawing consent stops further Google Analytics tracking and removes the analytics cookies already set in your browser; data already transmitted to Google before the withdrawal cannot be recalled. Analytics data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, in line with our retention settings in Google Analytics. In addition to analytics cookies, our live chat also sets its own technical cookies and browser local storage entries, as described below.

Live Chat (Crisp)

We use the live chat service Crisp, provided by [CRISP LEGAL ENTITY — VERIFY], to let visitors reach us directly with questions about orders, delivery, or our products. Unlike Google Analytics, the live chat widget is loaded on every page visit so that the chat button is available to you immediately; it is not gated behind the cookie consent banner, because its purpose is to enable a service you actively request rather than to analyze your browsing behavior.

To provide the chat function, Crisp sets technical cookies and uses browser local storage on your device to maintain your chat session and recognize you across page views (for example, so that an ongoing conversation is not lost when you navigate between pages). If you choose to start a conversation, the messages you send, along with technical information such as your IP address and browser data, are processed by Crisp. Data may be stored on servers located in [VERIFY].

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Saboreo.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in CHF. Prices and product availability are subject to change.

3. Order and Contract Formation

A contract is concluded once the order has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made at the agreed time and location. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If the recipient is not present, the order may be left at the door or be considered successfully delivered.

5. Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable and should be consumed promptly. Returns and refunds are excluded for perishable items.

6. Allergies and Dietary Information

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Saboreo assumes no liability for undisclosed intolerances.

7. Liability

Saboreo is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only possible up to 24 hours before delivery. After this period, the full amount will be charged.

9. Payment

Payment must be made in advance via TWINT, credit card, or PayPal.

10. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
